Picturebâle is an online photo service proposing digital or digitised images via internet.

Picturebâle, situated in Basel, covers with its photos the Basel-Northwest Switzerland and High Rhine regions (South Baden and Alsace). The images date from 1968 to the present.

The client, equipped with an internet connexion and a browser, can research online at any time by keywords or names. Clients can register as a member which allows them to download images being invoiced.

Picturebâle has been founded by Erwin Zbinden and unites the archives of professional press and advertising photographers of the Switzerland Northwest region .
